Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using SannyasIQ (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
SannyasIQ is a retirement planning tool. It produces illustrative projections based on the data and assumptions you enter. It is not a substitute for financial, tax, or legal advice. Consult a licensed professional before making decisions based on its output.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Your content
You retain ownership of all data you enter ("Your Content"). By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content for the purpose of operating the Service for you. We will not use Your Content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any law or third-party right in connection with the Service.
- Attempt to access the accounts, data, or systems of other users without permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service to distribute malware or illegal content.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid tiers are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
No financial advice
SannyasIQ's projections are mathematical models, not investment recommendations, fiduciary advice, or guarantees of future outcomes. Actual results will differ — often significantly — from projected values because markets, inflation, life events, and tax rules are inherently uncertain.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SannyasIQ's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, remain inactive for extended periods, or pose a risk to other users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and SannyasIQ consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service.
